Nortel insiders face OSC freeze on stock trading
Nortel Networks Corp. insiders' investments in the company are on ice because they can't trade the stock while the company is late with its financial statements.
Starrett to decide jurisdiction in First case

Andersons to offer 2 million more shares
The day after its shares were doubled in a stock split, Maumee agribusiness giant The Andersons Inc. said yesterday it would offer an additional 2 million shares to help fund its ethanol investments and other operations.
