Tokyo bourse to invest Y62 bln to boost capacity
TOKYO, March 22 (Reuters) - The Tokyo Stock Exchange, wrestling with a series of system problems after a surge in trading, said on Wednesday it would invest 62 billion yen ($529 million) to improve its trading systems.
