Bank of Montreal 2nd-Qtr Profit Rises on Trading Fees
May 24 (Bloomberg) — Bank of Montreal, Canada’s fourth- largest bank, said second-quarter profit rose 7.3 percent on higher fees from stock trading and equity underwriting. The bank raised its dividend by 17 percent, the biggest increase in at least a decade.
