Russian stocks hit all-time high third day running; Gazprom Neft up 7.8%
MOSCOW. Oct 9 (Interfax) - The Russian stock market set a new all- time high on Tuesday - the third record-setting day in a row - while Gazprom Neft (RTS: SIBN) gained 7.8% on the strength of a forecast from Troika Dialog.
