Prosecutors are considering filing a criminal complaint against Yoshiaki Murakami, who runs the so-called Murakami Fund, and its other executives over possible insider stock trading in connection with the fund’s purchase of shares of Nippon Broadcasting System Inc. last year, sources said Friday.
