(TSX:BEV) and its chief executive, and plans to seek lifetime stock trading bans and other severe penalties against other former executives accused of insider trading.

Philippine shares little changed as investors remain 'listless'
Philippine shares little changed, shedding less than one point during Monday’s trading as the market remained “listless," an analyst said. The benchmark 30-company Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) index fell by 0.55 points, to 2,819.48 while the broader all shares rose 0.21 points to 1,790.41.
