SEOUL, Oct 31 (Reuters) - South Korean prosecutors are seeking to detain Ellis Short, Vice Chairman of U.S. buyout fund Lone Star [LS.UL ] for alleged stock trading violations and to arrest Paul Yoo, the head of its local unit, a prosecutors’ spokesman said on Tuesday.
