TOKYO, May 8 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury debt prices rose on Friday amid lacklustre stock trading and as some investors hunted bargains when bond prices fell after the poor results of a 30-year Treasury auction.

SHANGHAI, July 25 (Reuters) - China's main stock index rose 1.18 percent on Wednesday, led by financial and energy shares, as some traders speculated the market could set a fresh record high in the next few weeks on the back of strong corporate earnings.
