STOCKWATCH Scottish & Newcastle lower on profit taking; Shore Capital ‘hold’
At 2.11 pm, shares in Scottish & Newcastle were 9 pence lower at 597-1/4, while the FTSE 100 index was 16.4 points higher at 6,413.7. In a note published today, Shore Capital pointed out that Scottish & Newcastle is no longer an undervalued stock trading on 2007 EV/EBITDA of 10.2 times.
