UPDATE: ISE Rallies On Report Of $68-share Deutsche Boerse Bid
NEW YORK (Dow Jones) — Shares of International Securities Exchange, the operator of an electronic options- and stock-trading platform, jumped 38% in pre-market trading after a press report said Germany’s Deutsche Boerse is in advanced talks to buy the company for $68 a share, or a total of $2.6 billion.
