Canadian Banks to Start Equity Trading System in 2008
May 3 (Bloomberg) — Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal and five other Canadian banks plan to start a new stock trading system to compete with TSX Group Inc.’s Toronto Stock Exchange. TSX shares had their biggest drop in more than 19 months.

New Tokyo trading error costs ¥500 million
