Tellabs Officers to Adopt 10b5-1 Stock Trading Plans
Tellabs officers plan to adopt personal stock trading plans in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Rule 10b5-1 allows corporate officers to adopt written, pre-arranged stock trading plans when they are not in possession of material, non-public information.

TOKYO — The Tokyo District Court dismissed on Thursday a request for stock trading data at Tokyo Broadcasting System Inc from the Rakuten Inc group that has proposed a business alliance with TBS on the back of its increasing equity stake in the broadcaster.
