Rakuten may seek court order for TBS to disclose stock trading

TOKYO — Rakuten Inc is considering seeking a court order for Tokyo Broadcasting System Inc to disclose its accounting records on stock trading as the TV broadcaster’s cross-shareholdings are depriving other shareholders of opportunities to acquire TBS shares, Rakuten sources said Tuesday.
