Japan SESC Recommends FSA Fine Germany’s Schott AG Employee

TOKYO -(Dow Jones)- Japan’s Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission Tuesday recommended that the Financial Services Agency fine an employee of Germany’s Schott AG Y150,000 for alleged insider stock trading.

OC files to sell stock after exit from bankruptcy
