UPDATE: SEC Approves Delay Of Some New Trading Rules
WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- The Securities and Exchange Commission has given exchanges and other firms more time comply with some new trading rules, saying that the delay is needed to provide additional time for the securities industry to complete the rollout of new or modified trading systems.
