Mamma.com Concludes Probe, Posts Loss
Internet search engine operator Mamma.com Inc. reported a fourth-quarter loss Tuesday in its long-delayed results for the period, and said it completed an internal investigation into possible stock manipulation last year without finding that a suspected shareholder had a controlling influence on the company.
