Tokyo Stock Exchange President Taizo Nishimuro tells an urgently convened news conference The Tokyo Stock Exchange suspended trading in all listed shares at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday for the rest of the day as soaring orders from investors have reached its computer system's processing capacity.
Russian exchanges to renew stock trading on Friday
MOSCOW, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Russia's financial markets regulator has sent an order to the MICEX and RTS stock exchanges to resume trading on Friday, Sept. 19, after almost two days of suspensions, the exchanges said on Thursday.
