MediSystem Technologies acquires Alberta's Central Care Pharmacies
TORONTO (CP) - MediSystem Technologies Inc. has signed a deal to buy Alberta's Central Care Pharmacies for $5.9 million in cash and stock. Trading in MediSystem shares (TSX:MDY) was halted pending the announcement Friday. The stock closed Thursday at $3.11 at the Toronto Stock Exchange.
