TowneBank officials to ring NASDAQ’s closing bell
After its first day of stock trading on the NASDAQ stock exchange, Portsmouth-based TowneBank’s management team will ring the closing bell Tuesday in New York. Board members, including Norfolk Mayor Paul Fraim and Suffolk Mayor James Holley, will officially close the market at 4pm.
