Japan main opposition wants to end stock tax breaks
TOKYO, Oct 18 - Japan’s current preferential tax breaks on stock trading should be phased out as planned by the end of 2008/09 because they give an unfair advantage to investors in equities, an opposition party executive said on Thursday.
