Molex Incorporated: Co-Chairmen Adopts New Trading Rule
LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Molex Incorporated Thursday announced that its Co- Chairmen, Frederick A. Krehbiel and John H. Krehbiel, Jr., and its President of the Connector Products Division, Americas and Director, Fred L. Krehbiel, have adopted new Rule 10b5-1 stock trading plans in order to help enhance asset diversification and liquidity.

Stocks rise as oil declines
U.S. stocks rose on Friday, extending the previous session's gains, as oil fell below $58 a barrel, easing concerns about high energy prices, and Dell Inc. , the world's largest personal computer maker, said it plans to buy back at least $1.7 billion in stock.
