China stocks close with 34 percent quarterly loss
SHANGHAI, March 31 - China’s main stock index, hit by heavy new supplies of shares and slowing corporate profit growth, slid 3.00 percent on Monday to end the first quarter of this year with a loss of 34 percent, its biggest quarterly loss since 1992.

Charles Pretzlik: LSE watch – shares near offer price
We are on LSE watch again today, the last trading day before Nasdaq’s offer closes. Shareholders have until lunchtime tomorrow to accept the £12.43 a share offer but with the stock trading above that this morning – down 13p at £12.69 – Nasdaq seems likely to lose.
