Plains Falls After Selling 12 Million Common Shares
April 22 (Bloomberg) — Plains Exploration & Production Co., the U.S. oil and gas producer with operations in California, Texas and Louisiana, fell 8.9 percent after announcing that it sold 12 million shares of common stock at a discount to yesterday’s closing price.
