Executives of Livedoor Co. subsidiary Livedoor Finance Co. told an investment company affiliated with H.S. Securities Co., a brokerage of the Livedoor group, to "make a box," or establish an investment fund to be used in illegal stock trading during corporate acquisitions, sources said.
