Daiwa faces big losses from botched trade
JAN. 13 4:31 A.M. ET Japanese brokerage Daiwa Securities SMBC lost almost 500 million yen, or $4.4 million, after placing an erroneous sell order on the Tokyo Stock Exchange early Friday, officials said.
