Aozora shareholders plan public offering
Aozora Bank shareholders, led by Cerberus Partners, plan to sell at least ¥370 billion, or $3.1 billion, of stock in what may be Japan's largest initial public offering in eight years, two people with direct knowledge of the matter said.
