Cintas buying back $500M in stock
With its stock trading at a 20-month low, Cintas Corp. today announced its first-ever stock buyback, committing $500 million to the effort.

The company contends that its acquisition of Uniwill Computer is fully legal and said it has no information regarding illegal insider stock trading.
