Refco ex-CEO charged with fraud, stock trading suspended
NEW YORK, October 13 (newratings.com) – Refco Inc’s (ticker: RFX) former CEO, Phillip Bennett, has been charged with securities fraud. Refco's share price declined before trading in the company’s stock was halted on Thursday.
EASING OIL PRICES AND RENEWED INVESTOR interest are expected to perk up stock trading this week, although lower metal prices may dampen demand for mining issues, traders said.
