Colombia May Lift Capital Controls in 2008, Stock Exchange Says
Aug. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Colombia may be preparing to loosen restrictions on foreign investments in the local stock market, Latin America's best performer in August, according to the chairman of the Colombian stock exchange, known as BVC.
