0825 GMT [Dow Jones] Lehman Brothers downgrades Publicis (PUB) to equalweight from overweight, but raises the target price to EUR33.80 from EUR32. Says the group has outperformed the sector by over 10% during the course of last year, leading to the stock trading at a slight premium.
